Enhanced Protocol For The Safety Of Employees And Guests
- Public and workplace safety is our top priority.
- Our safety and sanitization procedures will meet or exceed all provincial, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.
- Full sanitization of all treatment spaces and linens between each service.
- Magazines and all other reading materials have been removed for sanitary reasons. Guests may bring their own reading material if they wish.
- Due to safe distancing practices, if you have an appointment and the door is locked, we ask that you wait outside until we invite you in.
- Employees will be hand washing and hand sanitizing before, during and after a service which is proven to be sufficient and most effective.
- If you don’t feel well or have a fever we ask that you call the spa immediately and reschedule your appointment
Spa Etiquette
Due to unforeseen scheduling difficulties Lotus Day Spa may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked treatments. Please know this will not be done until we have exhausted all other options. We will do our best to reschedule you at your earliest convenience. Complimentary services or compensation for treatments may not be provided. Thank you for understanding.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your treatments. We want you to enjoy the maximum comfort from your treatment and arriving late may take away the time that you are scheduled with us. If you are arriving late for your treatments with us we will do the best to accommodate the remainder of your treatment however original prices still apply. Your appointment will end as scheduled in consideration for the next guest to follow.
Please leave important items at home as Lotus Day Spa can not be responsible for lost or stolen items. In respect of other guests we ask that you turn cell phones off. To ensure comfort and ultimate experience for all guests we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children unless they too are receiving a service.
When you book treatments you have reserved time specifically for you. All bookings will require a credit card to reserve your time. We ask that if you need to cancel or move your appointment please do so prior to 24 hours before your reserved time. Cancellations under 24 hours may result in 50% service charge.
Gift Certificates purchased online take a minimum of 7 days to verify and process so during this verification period we cannot accept appointments using them. This is for the protection of the credit card holder and Lotus Day Spa.
