Lotus Day Spa Policies:- Please arrive 10 min early. Late arrivals = shorter service, full charge.
- 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations of appointments, or a 50% fee applies of the service total to rebook your next appointments with us.
- Credit card required to book.
- Phones off, no children unless receiving a service.
- Gift certificates purchased online take 7 days to activate and will not work within that 7 day time period from purchase date.
- Skin care products may be returned with a receipt for store credit value if brought back within 30 days of the purchase date. In cases of a reaction occurring from the skincare products you may return the products within 14 days stating which reaction has occurred and with a receipt to receive a full refund. Discounted items are non-refundable.
